Is Zwitch safe to use?
Yes. Zwitch follows the 2026 DVSA swap rules. We never ask for your DVSA login. Your test stays yours until DVSA swaps it. Zwitch is run by ZWITCH LTD, a registered UK company, number 16932522.
Will using Zwitch get me banned by DVSA?
Zwitch never logs in to your DVSA booking and never changes your test. You make the swap yourself, by calling DVSA. This is the official DVSA way to swap.
Yes. DVSA lets 2 learners swap their tests. To swap, call DVSA on 0300 200 1122 and choose option 2. You can call Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. You must make the call yourself. DVSA does not find someone for you to swap with. Zwitch helps you find them. We never log in to DVSA and we never change your booking.
Yes. You need an active DVSA practical test booking. When you sign up you will enter your test date, time and centre, and we will match you with someone who has what you want.
It depends entirely on who else is listed near you and how flexible you are. Adding more test centres and a wider date range is the single biggest thing you can do to match sooner.
Downloading, listing your test and looking through matches are all free. There is a single one off fee at the point you start a swap. It is shown to you before you pay, taken once, with nothing recurring afterwards.
Absolutely. Zwitch works in both directions. Need more preparation time? Swap your earlier slot for a later one without losing your booking or paying any DVSA cancellation fee.
Yes. Your data is encrypted and never sold. We only share the minimal contact details needed to connect you with your match, with your full consent. Zwitch is fully GDPR compliant.
